WELOCME TO INTERNATINAL AUTOMOBILE SHOW

The International Automobile Show is the Middle East’s most popular biennial auto exhibition for car lovers and enthusiasts and is known for playing host to some of the finest automakers and their creations from across the globe.

Through the success of its past nine editions, the show is known for generating the maximum response for new vehicle launches as well as vehicles already in the market.

The show, apart from catering to the region’s biggest gathering of car overs, also helps participants to network with local, regional and international car dealers.

Auto dealers see the show as the ideal platform to showcase their latest models of automobiles, convertibles, prototypes, 4X4s, motorbikes, accessories, audio and video systems, navigation systems, commercial vehicles and auto finance facilities.

It has also become the ideal venue to gauge the requirements of car aficionados and affluent buyers from across the region, apart from launching hi-tech developments and environment-friendly innovations.

The Show – keenly awaited

Featuring the latest launches of leading car manufacturers in the world, the International Automobile Show has emerged as a widely popular event among the region’s car lovers.

Held every two years, each edition on an average sees attendance from more than 50,000 car enthusiasts, including decision-makers from the corporate world, transporters and owners of small businesses.

The upcoming edition of the show is eagerly awaited since most of the new models for 2011 are likely to be showcased for the first time in the region at the event. More than 40 exhibitors displayed nearly 25 brands at the previous edition of the International Automobile Show in 2008. Some of the reputed brands that were are on display included Lexus, Nissan, Infiniti, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Maybach, Skoda and Hummer, among others.

The International Automobile Show will be organised by Expo Centre Sharjah in association with Emirates Motor Sports Federation and Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
